The Orban team is heading to The Big Apple for NAB Show New York on October 21-22 and is bringing three live demos to Booth 439 for you to experience.

1) Orban's Award-Winning MXneo Limiting Technology

MXneo is an advanced audio-processing software upgrade that significantly enhances Orban's proprietary MX Limiting technology. Rolled out as a major firmware update for flagship broadcast processors like the Optimod 5950 and 5950 HD, MXneo uses psychoacoustic models to dramatically lower audio distortion while preserving maximum loudness and "punch" on the radio dial.

2) Sage Emergency Alert System (EAS)

Sage Alerting Systems and Orban Labs will demonstrate a virtualized Sage Emergency Alert System (Software EAS) workflow running inside Orban's Optimod 5950 HD audio processor. Currently not for sale, pending FCC approval.

3) Top of the Hour Legal ID Playout

Orban will also be demonstrating its optional "Top of the Hour Legal ID" playout function, a remotely managed, automation-driven audio utility. The system randomly selects a playout file, automatically ducts program audio, plays a Legal ID, then restores the program audio.  Delivery: Q1 2027.
