PCB Designer

Location: Pennsauken, New Jersey

Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate must be able to design and optimize PCB layouts using ORCAD and PADs software, considering factors like signal integrity, thermal management, and manufacturability, and ensure that PCB designs meet industry standards, regulations, and project specifications. You will also create and maintain detailed documentation for PCB fabrication and assembly.

Qualifications:

  • Work with other team members in a small business environment

  • Extensive hands-on experience with PCB design software, specifically ORCAD and PADs

  • Experience and Altium software is a plus

  • Strong understanding of electrical engineering principles, PCB design rules, and IPC standards

  • Engineering-level troubleshooting skills

  • Dexterity to use tools and handle small parts

  • Microsoft Office and/or Google equivalent

Compensation:

  • Salary depends on education, skills and qualifications

  • Regular business hours - 7:30 to 4:30, Monday through Friday

Customer Service Bookkeeper

Location: Pennsauken, New Jersey

Responsibilities: Combines financial record-keeping with customer interaction, requires strong bookkeeping skills, excellent communication, and a customer-centric approach to handle inquiries and resolve issues related to sales, unit repairs, and financial transactions.  

Bookkeeping:

  • Accurately record and maintain financial transactions, including sales, expenses, invoices, and payments

  • Process accounts payable and receivable

  • Manage payroll and related taxes

  • Reconcile bank statements and accounts

 Customer Service:

  • Address customer inquiries regarding invoices, payments, and account balances

  • Resolve billing disputes and process refunds

  • Maintain clear and timely communication with customers regarding sales and support issues

Other Duties:

  • Prepare financial reports and statements

  • Assist with tax filings and compliance

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records

  • Assist with inventory management or budget tracking 

Experience and Qualifications:

  • Quickbooks, Netsuite, AccountEdge or similar accounting software

  • Microsoft Office and/or Google equivalent

  • Work with other team members in a small business environment

  • Well-organized with strong record keeping skills

  • Real-time problem solving

Compensation:

$22 to $28 per hour depending on skills and qualifications
Regular business hours – 8:00 to 5:00, Monday through Friday
