IBC 2009 WAS A SUCCESS FOR ORBAN
Amsterdam, Holland — IBC September 2009 in Amsterdam, Holland featured Orban's complete range of Optimod Audio Processors, Opticodec Streaming and ISDN/TCP transmission codecs. Orban Vice President of European Operations Peter Lee, Orban Sales and Customer Support Manager Peter van Beusekom, and the team of Orban trade show professionals, represented the company at the well-attended event.
The new Optimod 8585 5.1 and 7.1 two channel audio processor, in combination with the PENTEO Upmixer, was on display. To demonstrate the outstanding audio quality of the 8585 together with the Penteo, Orban organized a special sound proof audio listening room where people could sit down and experience their favorite music in ORBAN/PENTEO upmixed audio. During IBC 2009, Orban conducted over 90 of these demonstrations, as participants were impressed with the audio quality and sonic consistency.
At IBC 2009, Orban had the pleasure of meeting many Authorized International Dealers, and end users from all parts of the world.
