Orban Participating in Three International Trade Shows
Tempe, AZ, September 4, 2008 — Orban, a worldwide leader in audio processing for AM, FM, TV, and Internet broadcasting, will participate in three major international trade shows in the month of September. Orban engineering and sales representatives will exhibit products and conduct demonstrations at the IBC in Amsterdam, the NAB Radio Show in Texas, and the CCBE in Canada.
The International Broadcasters Convention (IBC) will be held in Amsterdam, Holland September 12-16th, 2008. For over forty years, IBC has been a leading industry trade show delivering a worldwide audience of electronic media professionals. Orban will have the European Mobile Broadcast Laboratory on display in Booth #8.D93. Orban President and CEO Jay Brentlinger, VP of New Product Development Greg Ogonowski, VP of European Operations Peter Lee, Worldwide Sales Manager Luis Endara, and Sales and Technical Support Engineer Peter Van Beusekom will be representing the company at this event.
The National Association of Broadcasters (NAB) Radio Show will be held in Austin, Texas September 17-19th, 2008. This show features top-notch management, programming and sales sessions, strategies to increase profits in a fast-changing digital world, and the New Media Track sessions focusing on all things digital. Attendees are encouraged to visit Orban Booth #600. Orban will also sponsor the Advancement in Radio Technology Awards Ceremonies on Thursday, September 18th at 6pm at Sullivan's Steakhouse. The Central Canada Broadcast Engineers (CCBE) Convention will be held in Barrie, Ontario September 18-21st, 2008. The CCBE provides the broadcast engineers of Central Canada with the latest technical information directly from the source, covering all aspects of the broadcast industry including radio, TV, post production, towers, and safety issues. Orban North American Sales Manager Kevin Clayborn will conduct a presentation on 5.1 surround sound audio processing for television on Friday, September 19th at 2pm. Orban and Authorized Canadian Dealer Solutions Broadcast RF invites attendees to visit the hospitality suite during the evenings following the seminars each day.
