Orban/CRL restructures PC-Products distribution channel

Tempe, Ariz., Jan. 14, 2005 - Orban®/CRL (NASDAQ: CRLI.OB), the worldwide leader in audio processing for broadcasting and the Internet, today (Tuesday) announced the restructuring of its dealer/distributor channel for Orban's PC Products.

Effective immediately, Orban's PC based products will be available worldwide on a non-exclusive basis to all Orban/CRL dealers. These products currently include:

In making the announcement, C. Jayson Brentlinger, Chairman, CEO and President said, "This change allows Orban to recruit new sales channels and markets outside of our traditional broadcast focus, including the possibility of selling directly to the end-customer, while still enabling our current dealers to introduce our streaming media products to their base of traditional broadcasters. This change allows us to grow our business in new, exciting and ever changing ways."
